I think it would be great for teachers to speak to a microphone and Dragon NatuallySpeaking 9 can do speech-to-text for me because with hearing aids that may not help 100% of the time (like not recognizing teacher's words, for example), I may have to ask a teacher to repeat what the teacher are saying, even if I tell the teacher to slow down if the teacher are talking a bit too fast.

This will help make me stay productive, make it easier for to learn what the teacher're saying, and learn quickly from text rather than speech. But for that I'd have to have a laptop with me to class but no big deal.
I have a laptop which is an HP zv6130us with AMD Athlon64 3200+ with 512MB of RAM.
