Well my TV doesn't work heh, so does anyone know any good sites to download movies or tv shows? Also, another concern is will CC show up?

I do. So far I haven't seen many with closed captioning, just regular subtitles. Many people are doing subtitles for free over internet.
It depends on type of television and movie you want to watch and if you want to watch it for free or not.
