You realise what you are suggesting is illegal, right?
Did you know MS put the emulator software on XBOX 360 with license for original XBOX games?

Yeah. That's legal because Microsoft made the console--they have the legal right to implement an emulator of it because it's their IP. Computer programs seeking to emulate game consoles are fine, but actually running commercial games on them is completely illegal due to copyright law.

if it's illegal it shouldnt be online in the first place but it've been there online for afew years already. so just play some games and have fun.

I almost got hacked because on PSP, I downloaded SNES emulator then transferred to PSP, that where's illegal homebrew and got alot of problem. I wouldn't buy GTA until my PSP is upgraded to 2.70 that where anti-hack and remove the illegal homebrew. I found that one guy from Anaheim, he's from Anaheim and he was found information and password to tried hack my PSP, that where connected to linksys. I got pissed and argued with him but he's 15 years old. Sony would feel that want force everyone to upgrade to 2.70 that where removes homebrew issues and they wouldn't want in trouble when some people sue on Sony but that's not Sony fault, that hackers fault.

I think the statute of limitations runs out after 20 years. If a game is 20 years old, it is basically legal as a ROM. I do know that ROMs are pretty rampant across the net, as are movie downloads etc.

I could end up in boredom if it wont for emulators or roms before I finally upgrade my computer to play new PC games and got GCN and PS2 in my room.
Last computer run on Intel MMX, just barely run Star Trek Armada on lowest setting.

Yeah, I download many roms from NES to N64 and GB to GBA. Sometimes I stomp into some games that does not existed in US such as famous Terranigma and Front Mission, first one in game line (FM3 and FM4 are only ones make it to US), ever Star Fox 2 in beta versions.
