Does video show police brutality?

Personally I can't hear if there's any sound in the video of the surveillance. How do we know this kid wasn't threatening the police? He was also clearly resisting the arrest when they came over to him. They had let him go, and he started making motions and stuff, he should have just shut his mouth and kept going. instead he turns around and starts making gestures and saying things. *shrug* I'm sure both parties are at fault here.

See? Other thread that you said that police are not allowed to make mistake, now you said police don't give a shyt?
That's right. Bad cops make mistakes by not following the policies. In other words, they don't give a shit about the policies so that's not acceptable. Good cops don't make that kind of mistake by following the policies.

You see, captain said nothing is wrong. The other thread I brought up about DC, their PD justified the shooting while in Cleveland, Ohio where 64 cops gets disciplined. This is the reason why I don't count on sources from PD every time.

I know. The lawyer for Miriam's family is working on it. Maybe they will sue DC for wrongful death. Any one of you have seen the video of DC shootings after she got out of the car?

I am wondering...

If I was there videoing it when she got out of the car and got killed by DC cops who came to my place afterward to seize the video and warned me not to upload it to YouTube or whatever and shut my mouth so they could cover it up, would I get in trouble if I ignored the warning? What about my 1st Amendment?

BTW, the thread, Shooting at U S Capitol is already locked.
