What's difference with between both of them? What you like better?

Digital Cable TV: Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, Qwest and even more
Satellite TV: Dish and Directv

I'd stick with digital cable TV...

Directv is quite popular in my apartment complex though. We are actually allowed to attach the dishes to our balconies.

I would not go anywhere near Qwest...they are such ripoffs! Even for phone!

LA metro and most part of CA don't have Qwest but most of Qwest are in Arizona, also Boult would probably know about it. LA metro is just using Comcast or Time Warner but I'm sticking with Time Warner.

I use AT&T for my phone and internet. I get a nice discount on my phone bill - $7 off every month - because I qualify as low-income.

I was using Comcast Digital Cable and I think its little too expensive than DTV, DTV got more features than Comcast Digital Cable such as only DTV has NFL Sunday Tickets (can watch all games on Sunday)... But, digital cable has on-demand (really nice, but add charges?) DTV has great budget, but one plm -- bad storm and it will lost signal till clearly or light rain then back on TV show...

Now, Comcast has offers NFL, NBA and even more and also same with Time Warner.

I used to have DirecTV and now Dish Network. I still have basic cable-TV from Adelphia (soon to be Comcast) in order to keep my cable-Internet cheap.

The difference between Digital Cable-TV and satellite TV is that you get more channels on satellite and more cheaper than what you would get from cable providers like Comcast, Time-Warner, Charter, Adelphia, etc, etc.

Another advantage for directv is that you can move the dish to new residence without going though the hassle of appointment to disconnect and reconnect the cable service, and depending on local cable policy, sometimes the wait can be as long as 2 weeks. DirecTV, you can take the dish and reciever down yourself and set it up in new residence yourself. All you need to know is basic handyman skill, and using compass/angle meter to get it point to where the satellite is. I have done that, when Im done set up the dish at my new home, I call DTV to update the billing address and then I'm done!

Ohh, its NFL on demand, not NFL Sunday Ticket, that means you can watch all NFL live game from out of market...

Well, I don't need that but I just watch on sport channels then no big deal.

We aren't allowed to get Dish because we don't have baloney and manager said No to us to order it.

I just want Directv at first place because I need Fuel TV so bad.

Not right now but if you are from Canada.

Satellite TV (such as Bell) in Canada aren't good as Rogers cable, Rogers cable is in Ontario and some other provinces too. Rogers cable offers NFL Sunday Ticket and alot offers with other sports too. There's no Dish Network or Directv in Canada but Bell is full of shit. Rogers cable is 1# best cable company in Canada.

Telling you that NFL on demand is replay for games that you missed. Not LIVE!

I don't like it. I had seen it. I prefer live as NFL Sundy Ticket that I can watch all LIVE games.

NFL on demand, cut some plays and just put more highlights. It is not full regular games.

Had them both and the digital cable is much better because you don't have to worry about the damn signal going out on a good movie/show in bad weather like you do with the dish.

Who hell cares about Sunday ticket... I just rather to watch on right channel such as Fox sport, ESPN and ABC sport, also we can go to football stadium and enjoy to watch it.

Now, I don't need Directv and it got fuck up from bad weather.
