This really upsets me. Apparently Congress passed a bill which automatically excuses President Bush from future War Crime charges. Don't those clowns in Congress even bother to read the bills before signing them??? :mad:
I ran across this messageboard called DemocraticUnderground, and while it may seem like a biased source I submit, it does have links to sources easily verifiable.

This is discouraging news. But I found out that Obama voted NAY to the bill, while McCain voted Yea. Go figure.
 
why am i not surprised? of course, conservatives won't have anything negative to say about this.

yeah, I know, this happened in 2006. I just recently found out about it and still shaking my head.
 
I bid and welcome to anyone can press charge Bush; I support him in somewhat he turn messed.. what heck is he think he doing that not what I vote for... look like we asked for it :(

wish we can vote to rid of him by now...

Well...looks like we all regretted that we voted for Bush eh? During his run for 2nd term I did NOT want to vote for him again cause I dont trust how he done his job for the past 4 yrs after 9-11th...he wasnt improving anything. Only making them worse instead.

I was going to vote for Kerry thou however I do not really trust him either but at least would be better off without Bush, I guess. But my mom and others told me to vote for Bush again cause they think he would still "protect us" from the terrorist and shit, but he's only making the terroists even more pissed and would eventally make more threats against us in the future. *sigh* So fuck bush. Later on my mom and brother and others admitted they regretted for voting him since they didnt see anything like this coming from him.

At least Im glad I finally voted for someone that I would trust and it is Obama, so he's working hard on the ecomony as we speak.
 
Isn't a president immune to any possible crimes?

absolutely not. No one is above the law. That's why we have War Tribunal Court. I strongly believed Bush Administration has committed the greatest crime in the history of United States and not even Nixon Administration came close to it.
 
That is the exact reason why presidents can not serve more than two terms.

And whats wrong with President Franklin D. Roosevelt? He had served more than two terms and was one of the most popular and memoriable presidents in history and not many ppl liked the vice president who took over his place after he died during WWII.

Well hes on his way out with most of america saying fuck you for a great 8 years. Obama will just fix his mess the best he can and the republicans can only hope the people forget. Bush should know hes going down as one of the worst presidents in the history of this country.
