Hi. Do you know how I can get through with the address change because I've forgotten my apt. number. After I call the UPS number through the relay service (I'm using My IP-Relay), the relay operator doesn't put commas when it comes to making choice like I interpret "schedule pick-up shipping information" instead of "schedule pickup, shipping informaiton" since the comma makes it into two choices.
Well I didn't like the automated system (not friendly to the deaf, in my opinion), so how would I get to the live person so that I can add my apt. number to my home address?
I'm thinking that I'll need to get a two-line CapTel service, so I don't have to worry about My-IP relay anymore...somehow I just don't find it to be effective... Plus, my D-Link router seems to not respond to my laptop after a day which I had to reset my wireless adapter, making me having to re-sign into AIM 6 again by myself...
Yet I do have Vonage, so I'm gonna have to pay an additional $9 for a second line...or is there'll be a USB version of CapTel so that I can receive CapTel text in a computer screen? I live in a two-story apart, so my cable modem are located downstairs and I use my laptop upstairs all the time, so I'd have to pay $6 for a second modem--another IP address so I can use my Vonage adapter (Vonage is a VoIP service provider) without having to worry about going downstairs to make phone calls...
I know my last paragraph is off-topic to my thread, but I just need to get through getting my address changed and I better make sure I have my apt number in my address when ordering any product from any online retailer (like Newegg.com - Buy Computer Parts, PC Components, Laptop Computers, Digital Cameras and more! for ordering computer parts).
Thanks.
