Do you notice about defective DVD movies, such as freeze on some scene, crashes, unable to play or scrambled closed caption (like messing word, such as "u are missing" or How you?")?
It happened to me when I bought Hitman movie that cause KMPlayer to crash, even entire of Windows are crash too so I have kill .exe to shut the app down so I tried VLC player and it work but it does freeze in few scene and closed caption is very messed up so I ended up to exchange into other Hitman movie and all issue are solved, if you experience any issue like that so just go to store and exchange it, don't blame on DVD player or programs.
