Death threats made using IP Relay Services

Maybe it's CI issues that someone hate it and want to kill someone. Maybe watch Cold Case and CSI too much.
 
The mother made no mention of knowing any deaf person and she'd not recognized the phone number - not even knowing what an IP Relay was.

Her daughter is 13.

I think it's the handiwork of some malicious teens from the daughter's high school - they knew the daughter's name, was talking directly to her (without asking if it was her who answered the phone). In fact, here's the full message:
"I am watching you. I see your every move. Angela, I'm going to kill you when you least expect it."

It's teens from the local high school, I believe. I guess MySpace is out of fashion and IP Relay is a better tool for cowards.

I cant believe they would abuse our service. We need to do something about this and stop this from happening again.

I felt bad for those who are affected by this death threats/prank calls. :(
