A friend of mine, his girlfriend works for a contractor (roof/gutter/siding)
said I could get my roof replaced, new gutters and siding for no out of pocket costs and due to the recent storm it can be written as an act of god so my rate wont go up.
Since I dont know the age of my roof and have a few leak issues (sealing at the bricks) and some torn shingles but only one layer...
No gutters and flashing has pulled loose since the high winds lately, as well as holes and broken siding, I think it would be great to get it done and not worry about leaks after the drywall gets installed in the house.

I would say yes almost. I mean, here, we've had a lot of road construction, so if your windshield shows even slight scratches, you can qualify for a free windshield replacement with no rate changes to your auto insurance.

We had that done to the Explorer before we sold it.

$500 ded. premium is $136 every 3 months.
Paying 16k on the house total financed, about 10k remaining, house is covered for 45k and will increase coverage as value of house increases with remodeling.
