Deaf People Trapped in Hilter's

Yes, Deaf people suffered under Hitler's Regime. They were sterlized because they were thought to be carrier of deaf genes and the Nazi Government supported eugenics program where they wanted to minimalize all sorts of "defects" and disablities. The sad thing was that there were some Deaf supporters of the Nazi Party, even though it meant them being sterlized.
 
Yeah thats a sad story that people have to go thru in Germany, just because they are Jewish, crippled,deaf or whatever disability they had! :tears:
 
i wish there is more story about deaf community about their experiences what they had been through ... ummm.... by the way, hey Sabrina... Thanks for a great topics !!
