Albany Police are investigating the robbery of a deaf man. Albany Police tell us that William Bibbs, 64 of Central Avenue was robbed Friday night around midnight while walking home from a convenience store at Central and Lexington Avenues. The suspects came up behind Bibbs armed with a knife and cut a "V" in his hand. A second suspect then forcibly stoel $20 from the victim. A passerby attempted to get the victim to go to the hospital but he refused. EMS was called after he couldn't get the bleeding to stop. Bibbs was eventually taken to Albany Medical Center where he got some stitches.
