A drop-in centre for deaf people has been burgled for the third time in a year, this time on the day of their Christmas party.
Despite extra security measures at The Walsall Deaf People's Centre raiders struck on Saturday and fled with £12,000 worth of equipment.
In May intruders using a pick axe broke in twice. Thousands of pounds in loss and damage was caused.
Ken Whittingham, project director, said everyone was sad it had happened again.
