Oh that makes sense now as he then increased my left aid to the very very max, I guess as I was turning it up all the time. Maybe the data logging told him? He said I do not have any room in my left aid now 
Left ear has always been the worse. Although I can not actually hear any better in my left side and it doesn't seem any louder.
Think my Audi know what it is, I didn't understand what it was for.
