Daily Post lands supporting role in BBC deaf awareness film - Daily Post North Wales
THE Daily Post will feature in a new promotional film for deaf people.
A TV crew yesterday shot scenes for the short film in Bangor High Street made with the North Wales Deaf Association.
It shows signs held up by a Daily Post newspaper vendor with the words “Extra! Extra!”.
BBC Wales spokesman said: “Being deaf can be isolating and confusing.
“The promotional film shows life doesn’t come with subtitles. We regularly broadcast charity messages to highlight campaigns and issues.”
The charity film will be broadcast on BBC1 Wales and BBC2 Wales from next Saturday, January 17.
