Da Vinci Files is not captioned!

Hi to all!

I bought from the store for this DVD called The Da Vinci and I disappointed at this don't have captioned on this DVD. So I bet that this is major problem is... these individuals cannot add CC like from any captioning company like: CCmaker, VITAC, Armour Captioning, and many captioning company couldn't let you to pay for this captioning,
because of these have copyrighted video materials, that's unfair for deaf and hard-of-hearing don't have a right to have add the captioning on this video?! :Ohno: And now, I would can wait go to heaven to watch the TV/video, so that God would do creating a captioning for deaf and hard-of-hearing in heaven, also even we would been deaf and hard-of-hearing will restore as turn into your hearing in a better place. Also, I would like to hear a music on the better place. I believe in Jesus Christ. God/Jesus rules!!

Anyways, I love my life because I enjoyed my life with my family, soon I will have work approximately 3 or 4 per week on this fall, and also maybe earn money from this future job??
 
I am sorry, please excuse me, I must edit this title "Da Vinci Files" also I saw something others on these DVDs from small studio about Da Vinci Files are not captioned. But others have closed-captioning by National Geographic, and Acorn Media.
This DVD is from Madacy Entertainment LP. But yet, why these DVD not complete without closed-captions for deaf and hard-of-hearing. That's nothing. I hope DVD have closed-captioning that goes to superb by the reviews. If they have without CC that has superb by the reviews, that's unfair for D/HH!
If have CC with superb hat what they said "Superb or great" it will be fine, and watch it. I don't like poor/fair reviews for these movies. I like only good or greater average review for these DVDs.

That is Bullshit! I would call the company and complain i would tell them they need to send you a CC for the movie or somthing! Is'nt that discrimination?

Wow...you sounded over-reactive...Calm yourself down...

To CCFan, DVD movie cases typically have CC that can be found in the back, plus a CC logo located in the labeling side of the disc. Well, it sounded pretty discriminating on why the DVD movie/video doesn't have closed caption.
 
Your beef. you can do it... contact the company who making those... your rights and demand need close caption or subitities...
Look Lot of Deaf people who live in North America and rest other countries want read cc or subitities!

Do it.. as your formal first petiion!

Thank God! I'm glad there isn't closed caption for this movie! It is false teaching about Jesus was married, etc...I disagree with this movie and will not watch it anyway.

Oh, okay. Thank you coloravalanche; I think those are trying to-- sometimes, I am very gullible person ever I had on forum at Alldeaf. Oh well. Nay, I'd like to make a real filmography; biography; and documentaries those are important that if even something has title would be popular. Just write something about I seen them letting companies to pay the captioning, but not for individuals, dang. Okay. I would want to wrote on that. Just saying... what I liked to watch the show would been uncaptioned will turn into the captioned version-- Mystery Science Theater 3000. I love to watch the DVD including-- comedy, action/suspense thrillers, Scifi, and classic television DVD, recently television program on the DVD. I love DVD is even better than television because them has commerical. This is not have a commerical on DVD! It's great for deaf and hard-of-hearing watching non-stop captioning on these DVDs!!

You think every movie is true? Most are FICTION. This is no different. It was made for entertainment. Whether or not you want to watch it doesn't matter. It should be captioned!!

I'm hearing and live alone but I ALWAYS have the CC on my tv at home. It's habit, I guess. I also watch DVDs with the subtitles on if it's not CC.

I HATE when Comcast has On Demand movies and they don't have CC.

I am in a habit of watching TV shows and movies with closed caption.

I HATE when Comcast has On Demand movies and they don't have CC.

So am I. But when watching a movie while in bed (away from the 30" HDTV), it doesn't matter to me because I can't see closed caption too far away from a TV. I could get a 60" TV but only the big, bulky projection TV since plasma's expensive and so does LCD! But it will come down to under $2000 like around Summer or Fall 2007 or first quarter of 2008 but that's a long time from now...

I know that movies are them were made for entertainment are 100% FICTION.

I have Comcast has On Demand had captioning for HBO, and free movies for Plex by Encore Group.

I haven't seen this but I seriuosly doubt it's a TEACHING.
It's just someone point of view. Take or leave it. That's all.

BTW this is TRUE that in Vatican are whole walls with books that were never ever been shown to the public beacuse the C. Church decided it would not be good to show it. Who knows maybe it IS true about Jesus being married, After all what's wrong with being married?

We only know as much as the Church authorities let us know.

That one with Tom Hanks is not on DVD yet, it just came out in theaters! But there have been a lot of other shows about DaVinci Code, I saw some of them on cable, maybe that is what CCfan bought. Some of those other programs are not made for entertainment, they are suggesting that the book is true...who knows?
