Yes I know :(. She rejected the offer that so much. She didn't want to do it anymore. My daughter is shocked and said to me. "Why I dislike Kate and I love Ziva. She's awesome whyyyyyy". I hope to like a new character named bishop. I'm disappointed she's 20 something. I prefer 30s or up. Oh well
 
As an avid NCIS watcher. I am sad to see this happen too. But characters comes and goes and the show will continue on.

If they remove Gibbs, the show will definitely be the end. I know we have Abby, Tim, Ducky, Tony, but Gibbs' old school personality pulls me in. The no nonsense person who speaks with his eyes.

Yeah that is young 20 yo, I can't see a 20 yo replacing Ziva.
