CODE UNKNOWN-- need interpretation

The film Code Unknown, by the original title, Code Inconnu, directed by Michael Haneke, ends with a scene where a deaf child explains, showes or tells something by signing.

If anyone here ever watched this movie, I would appreciate if he or she could explain the scene.

I`ll post the link of a trailer of the movie, so you could get to know the film.

More like French. 20 years ago, I was resident in Italy for 6 months.
I seem that she tried to said, "Bad Conscience" but not understand her sign language.

At the begining yes, the girl tries to explain bad conscience, discrimination...

But i need to know what the END means.
