Anyone in here from Chicago, IL or nearby suburbs ? Just wondering if someone could kindly give me some info on the best hospitals around for CI, speech rehab, etc. so that I can make a visit sometime. I stay up here in downtown Chicago and am aware of the various hospitals, but want some suggestions.

I ask this as I recently moved to Chicago from Canada and have no idea about the stuff available to me here in the city for CI. Thanks!

you could go to the web sites of Chochlear and AB and search for CI centers there. I know that Choclear does list surgeons and cities theyr'e from so I would think that would include CI centers.
 
Is this for yourself? I am from the area and would be happy to share my experience. Not that it should drive your decision.
