That is so cool! I got to the bottom though and there was an add to cure toe nail fungus, and the picture made me puke a little honestly.... But beautiful story!

Interesting...
Reminds me of an article last year or two about a WWII RAF P-40 that was buried in the Egypt desert sand for 70 years after the crash landed. The sand helped preserve the body of the plane from elements.
