Hi, how long I have to wait to get the Cat Scan pictures from my ENT doctor to get the result?

I honestly don't know, but I believe it varies from doctor to doctor, hospital to hospital. If you're concerned, I'd call your doctor's office and ask them if they received the results yet.

it was last month when i had the ct-scan and i finally got the results 3 weeks later. so i guess it varies on that depend on who doctor you have? some can be slow and some can be fast? so be patient.. smile..

True, but THREE WEEKS, Gin?! Goodness! :jaw:

I've had Cat Scans to check for various things. I had a pelvic Cat Scan done before my surgery in April. Got the results back from that in less than a week (granted, it was pretty much STAT (hurry up!), though.

I've also had Cat Scans of my brain, too. Can't recall when I got the results back on that, but it was less than three weeks!

oh dr had good reason wanting to wait till he have the balance tests along with ct-scan to rule something out .. thats why i had to wait.. if it was serious.. i think he would have called to tell me to come in office but it was just checking to see if theres something wrong with me.., thats all.. ha..

i had ct-scans before.. due to gallstone attacks in the past and thinking i have it again so i had one but nothing.. i got phone call 3 days later and said theres nothing so good news.. whew.. ha.. but that was when i found out i have plms with my right kidney so he want me to come in and talk with him about that. also found out i have umblicial hernia too.. and the car accident they want to check to make sure nothing is wrong with me.. thats it.. :)
 
You should go and see your doctor that you want to hear the result. I think that 3 days would be enough. Most doctors are too busy with their paperworks so it's your job to find out your result. Actually, most doctors have a fat wallet or a fat pocketbook.
