Hey to all,
My name is Andy and I work in the Captioning industry (I run a small startup company named 'ClosedCap Imaging', which I plan to launch to the public sometime in the next 2-3 months).
Anyway, as part of the effort, I was looking for some sort of an intergration program that will allow me to keep track of our on-going projects at any given time, and make sure I can maximize productivity in a minimum of time (for a startup company like ourselves, billable hours do not quite cover expenses yet, so being efficient is a pre-requisitive).
A friend of mine introduced me to a program called Captions Manager (available at ooona.net) which seems to be just what I'm looking for and even includes the ability to schedule individual tasks and send them over to the appropriate employees only.
Trouble is, I don't really know the program (yet) - it looks like a fantastic idea (and the ability to access it through the internet from any computer is a double advantage) - but I wanted to know if someone has any experience with it.
it's Captions Manager, from ooona.net.
Thanks,
Andy Westlake
