Caption Media Program had their budget slashed in half. But that's not bad news at all. We can crank out about 300-plus new captioned movies a year using our volunteers who want to learn how to become captioners. We can easily outbid the current purveyors of captioning services. We're even getting a lot of help from the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) to crank up our captioning services. The U.S. Department of Education had been fleeced by the 'Big Deaf Industry Complex' all these years and that is changing now and that's part of the evolution of the deaf society.
