Bus Driver vs Students

Newly released bus surveillance footage shows a Gilbert school bus driver and 15-year-old girl in a physical fight.

The fight apparently started last Friday as a verbal argument while dozens of other students were sitting on the bus near Queen Creek and Higley roads in Gilbert.

The video shows the driver and student physically confront one another.

After talking for a few minutes, a fight starts.

The student accuses the bus driver of punching her. The bus driver accuses the student of going crazy.

The Higley Unified School District is conducting an administrative investigation and the Gilbert Police Department is conducting a criminal investigation.

Ugh, bus driver should get fired for fought with minor student.

I don't know the whole story regarding the news article, but I know bus drivers have to put up with so much crap, especially from school kids.

It reminds me of my school days, because there were a few incidences where the bus driver had to drag and kick kids off the bus. I don't blame the bus driver for taking action to protect the bus and its passengers.
