Man's best friend is trying to find her way home without being able to see or hear.
The woman who found the dog in the middle of the road Christmas Eve said it's a Christmas miracle the mostly blind and deaf pooch didn't get hit.
Kathryn Ciarrocca found the dog in the South Oleander neighborhood.
Her family's been taking care of Sandy while they try to find the owner or an animal rescue group willing to take the dog in.
Ciarrocca said the dog's bright white fur may have ended up saving its life.
"I almost hit her. She would have been squished had she not been so cute and white," she said.
She said it's an older dog and looks like it used to be someone's pet. She said it could have wandered away from its home.
