Bar for Deaf in Moscow
Moscow now has its first and only bar for deaf and hard of hearing people. That's Moscow, Russia, and the bar is owned by Andrey Melnikov. Although they allow anyone to come to the bar, for two days they limit access to only deaf and hard of hearing people. (Wonder how they can distinguish signing deaf people from fluently signing hearing people). The Krause Disco Bar is at Chertanobskaya Ulitsa, 32, Stoenie 5, Moscow.
It won't be the only one for long. Melnikov plans to open more.
