I'm back after a long break. How are things with you guys ?

I have been more interested in some psychological forums in my country lately, however,I'll continue posting here some :)

Thanks and I'm better .. I have obsessive compulsive disorder and I started my treatment. I've been interested in cognitive behavior therapy :)

you are welcome... :hug: haha i have ocd too but i dont go for therapy or anything..

in case you wanted to know what my ocd is.... dont laugh at me, ok??

i washed my hands often... touch doorknobs, etc then back to wash hands all times.. thinking germs are EVERYWHERE.. ewww! :ugh3: what can i do?? nothing but keep washing my hands all times,lol

I wont be laughing at you cuz I have smilar obsessions about clean and dirt. Moreover I have some obessions about different subjects.

I suggest you get a cognitive therapy if possible.
 
it was a bad habit since i started working at the restaurant.. lol.. touching steaks, hamburgers etc.. and i was cutting onions/tomatoes and in process i got cut. Then touching the steaks n hamburger meats aftewards i got salmonella poisoning in my cut and i got sick hence why i always wash my hands and wear glove while handling the steaks n hamburger meats. nasty..lol

Last 4 Month I was pretty busy and too much studying, but it make me fun to learn.
