A student at the Austin School for the Deaf told police she was sexually assaulted by another student, Alehandro Bustos, 19, on Nov. 17.
According to police, the victim met Bustos in the library, but was later forced into a secluded hallway where she was sexually assaulted.
Bustos is not in custody, but faces charges of sexual assault. According to authorities, he may have fled to Mexico.
