Not surprised, Arab state are prefer to take basket of currencies over locked to dollar only but in market share, world oil is priced in dollar and pay with other currencies maybe use conversion rate, I believe so.
Kudos to Canada, also I think that USA need start drilling the oil, such as offshore or oil shale (like Canada with tar sand) that found in Utah, Colorado and Wyoming but congresses haven't bother about lift the drilling ban, that waste of our time.
