Hi. Right now, I'm in GED and I'm going to be passing a GED Test this Thursday and don't have a job or a credit card (but just a debit card). I'd like to know, that if I'm in need of a pager like Sidekick II or Blackberry and I have no credit, how much will I have to deposit when signing up for a service like T-Mobile? I saw a deal in Deafpagers.com and when I select to check for price in Blackberry 8700g with Data plan, I got attracted by the total cost after rebate, and I felt like I can't wait to get the Blackberry 8700g.

Why I need it? I have registered a "My IP Relay" number and I wanted to be able to receive Voice-to-TTY phone calls via a pager like Sidekick II or BlackBerry but I'd prefer Blackberry over Sidekick II. Even better, since I like Windows Mobile, I could choose T-Mobile MDA but the data cost are higher than Blackberry or Sidekick Data plan... Either Blackberry or T-Mobile's all right...

Well, I hate to see the rebate end pretty soon; the cost just got me attracted to buy the pager. So if I'm in need of a pager now but with no credit, how much will I have to deposit in order for me to get the data/voice service?

Right now, I'm being tied to my mom/dad's family plan's contract and my parent's contract expires next year. I have a Motorola V710 (purchased from Alltel) with my Ameriphone Q90-D TTY (hoping to sell it but only in advertisement forum...) and have problems communicating through Alltel's digital network. I could switch to analog but my phone doesn't seem to like to stay in analog mode...when hang up my cell phone or if I don't use my cell phone after 10 minutes, my cell phone goes back to digital from analog... Plus, I don't like the hassle of switching my phone to analog, connecting my Ameriphone Q90-D to my Motorola V710, and send/receive TTY phone calls... I'm still living with my family but I will be renting an apartment on January of 2007 and start going to Tallahassee Community College for game development.
