Not much, just being bored. I schedule appointments for 3 different specialties in a hospital here in Washington State. Hear Center, Otolaryngology, and Ophthalmology.

I couldnt work in an office doing the same thing over and over again. If they gave me projects that challenged my mind and of variety, I could work in an office.

When is your baby due? I forgot....

She actually miscarried so we aren't going to have a baby. We were devistated but we are doing much better now.

Oh I am sorry! Yea, I cant imagine going thru something like that. Some people think it is not a big deal but if one wants the baby and feels attacted to it immediately, then yea, it is a loss!

Oh nice. I have always been very interested in ophthalmology. Did you have a choice for the specialties or was it just the first job that you came across?

There were some nurses in the OB/GYN clinic that treated my wife poorly when she found out she miscarried and had to find out what she needed to do to take care of herself. One lady was laughing on the phone (about something that someone was saying in the nurses office) but still it was not something someone should do when someone looses a child. The other was just rude to her. Made me so mad, now we know where she isn't going to go for those things next time she gets pregnant.

They chose it for me because the other two I had experiance in and it was all three of the departments together so it was a package deal.

Aw I'm sorry! It is really traumatizing to go through a miscarriage. I'm glad you're doing better.

Aw, I'm sorry to hear that. It's amazing how impersonal and insensitive some doctors can be. Luckily not all doctors are that way. I hope you find a doctor that is much more sensitive to your needs and desires!
