I have acne on my face, neck and back but only had been for 3-4 years, medince and oral pills aren't work so well. I'm too tired to fight with acne for 8 years on face/neck and 4 years on my back. I want removes it permanently and quit to use medince/oral pills. Anyone can help.

Thanks

Curious, I got a question. How old are you, man? When I was younger in my teenage years, I got hit with everything from small pimples to thick whiteheads, and some ugly blackheads to acne that formed a ball of white dried up hard pus with green ozone to the ones that were so big that a thin line kept spinning out of the thick acne until it could be popped and it flew really fast once it popped. The funny thing here is that I always kept myself clean and always shaved every another day on my face and acne still formed. I think you are going through the same thing and now I am 30 years old I hardly get any like when I was 15 , 16 years old. If I had listened to the doctor and not popped so much zits or anything like that and let it pop itself on its own, you know the skin takes care of the acne on its own naturally instead of a forced popped zit. You may want to lay off of popping zits for a while. I know it doesn't look too good but once you give those zits a chance to pop itself on its own then chances are that they are not gonna turn up somewhere on your face etc. You should stop getting these ance zits once you become like 20 to 25 years old but if it continues past the normal stages then something is up. I would get those looked at and the doctor run some lab tests and see what the situation is then see what the doctor can do for you.

When I was in my early teens I had trouble with acne but noticed
I would get it only when I ate fried foods, so gave up the fried
foods just to see if it would remedy the problem and it did, my
acne went away so I started eating fried foods again occasionally
and every time I did I would have a mass break out.

To this day if I try to eat a meal such as fried chicken or eat anything else
that is greasy I have a mass break out by the second day after consuming
the food so just eat steamed or baked foods now and leave the greasy
fatty foods alone and have no problems with acne whatsoever.

I'm 18 years old but my acne is occured from change in puberty (hormones). It's hard to go away and medince cream and oral pills isn't work so well. I got some acne scars too, there's white/yellow pus when pop the pimple. It supposed to be cure itself when who is 18 or til 20, not sure til puberty is die. I'm think about ILP (Intense Pulse Light) and other advanced stuff to remove itself.

Tea Tree Oil that might help to eliminate your pimples. (Make sure that your hands are clean.)

I am not sure about the Florasone Cream (homeopathic) - it makes the redness pimple skin dry for 8 weeks then disappeared. I heard that a regular soap isn't good idea. I wouldn't try any drug creams because the companies want you to buy more from them.

Probably, the best way is for you to use "hot" water towel on your face for five minutes repeat 3 times at night for a few weeks to see if that will work for you. (Make sure that you squeeze your wet towel each time to get rid of the pimple's oil before add hot water.)

Ortho TriCyclin - a birth control pill that also helps with acne.

Kiss My Face Soap - I swear by it - mild, doesn't leave a residue on skin. All these cleansers and products that leave chemicals on the skin may do more harm than good for some people by irritating the skin.

My parents and my brother had terrible acne as teens. I didn't.

I used the two things mentioned.

I also recommend chocolate and lots of meaningless sex. This seemed to help too. (Just kidding.)

Use several seperate towels to keep each one clean after you use that towel then put it in the used pile then use a clean towel so that, basically you are not scrubbing pimple's oil all over your face.
