I am attending Anthrocon 2013 in Pittsburgh PA July 4-7th. all the info is here https://www.anthrocon.org/
I am looking for someone who knows ASL to help me out at the con. I will be fursuiting at the con. I'm an orange and black
Siberian Tiger Furry.
I need a Handler as with the limited vision of a fursuit and being Deaf it can be a bit of a challenge plus without anyone to interpret I can't follow any of the presentions/ workshops etc.. hopefully I can find a hearing person interested in the Furry fandom or at least anime/manga/cosplay as they seem to have some overlap.
I am driving from Colorado so can provide transport if you are along the way. I am willing to pay for the hotel, though you will be sharing a 2 bed room w me. The Con will also provide you with free admission for the convention.
Would love to meet anyone else interested in Anthropomorphics, Furry, Therian etc.
They are non profit and say they cannot afford a terp for the convention. This is my first time going to the con so if we get more Deafies/furries in the future then maybe they will add terps...
