I dont know how I could have missed that one cuz I used 95 to commute to and from work that time. :confused: I must have been in my own world or something.
 
traffic? what traffic? the day that traffic jam ended for me was the day I started riding motorcycle :cool2:
 
I can believe that DC has the second worst traffic congestion. I used to go to school there.

I'm a bit surprised VA. Beach didn't make it. Perhaps the traffic is only awful in the summer.
