on a more serious note, both my girls are chipped. I think the chip and scanning tech has improved.
I can imagine the scene with the cop and the various people with the poor dog in the middle....

Yeah and now the woman has to go court for having stolen property which in this case is a dog. I really wish our pets where not consider 'property''. I helped two dogs get back home and it a good feeling to see how happy everyone is.

Wow what an idiot... -_- I'm glad the other woman got her dog back! I'd be so depressed if I lost my kitties... =(
