The fourth suspect in the Belmont County robbery of an 81 year-old deaf St. Clairsville, Ohio, woman has been arrested.

James Kenneth Gaito,25, was arrested Friday on the West Virginia side of the river near the Booker T. Washington apartments on Chapline Street in Wheeling.

Police said, they consider Gaito to be the ring leader.

According to the Belmont County Sheriff's Department, Gaito ran from police before being caught.

Three other suspects in the robbery have already been charged with the crime.

Gaito was arraigned today in Ohio County and was taken to the Northern Regional Jail.
