I want to tell you about my dog, Molly. Molly is an eight and half year old hound. She is a hound from the South. My family adopted her when she was two months from a local shelter because our previous dog died. At that time, my oldest nephew (Bobby) was not even four months old. A few days later after her adoption, Bobby was in his car seat on the lawn in the backyard and Molly was sitting a few feet away from Bobby. They both were about the same size so, we took a picture. She has been very good with all of my nephews since they were babies. They can pull on her tail and she does not get angry at them. She allowed them to use her fur so they could stand up.
She loves to bark when the mail is coming around the block. We keep telling her to be quiet but she does not listen.
As her "mother", I have a rule of "no barking back".
She loves to have company over because the guests usually pat her more. She loves making new friends regardless of who they are.
