A little ticked off.

So I set up the audiologist appointment about almost a month ago with my clinic, and I had to wait for everything to get approved and I received confirmation already a while ago that it was approved, and I'll get called to know when I can go in when the next opening is. I really need to get all the right documents for school already, and it's been almost a month? or close to a month now maybe a little over, and I have still yet to receive the call they said they would make. I called my clinic and I asked them when can I go in, and they told me they'd call, but now I'm starting to get impatient. I already had to wait over a month to get the right documents for my sickness from last year, and how the supervisor denied that, so i'm just not sure what to do cause i'm really starting to get mad right now.

My Dr. office does this often, I tell the doctor when I see him, I give the names of the people that promised to contact me- with other complaints they get into trouble or lose the job they are not doing.
