5 months and counting

Ok Im getting fed up with the new lender that took over my house loan. I signed up for auto pay so I dont have to deal with getting checks in the mail... and they still cant get it right.
First 2 months they lost the paper, then the 3rd month they got it but was never entered into the system, last month they finally took the payment out for the correct amount, now this month they didnt take out enough...WTF?
Im calling today to cancel it and just send them a damn check, I swear retarded people that cant do a simple job correctly even off legal doccuments....geeze.

Ok, got it straightened out.
The Lender didnt pay back taxes so I paid them, and now the Lender is refunding me, instead of paying me they are applying it to the principle on the house... apparently the new loan holder hasnt got the message to put it towards the principle they were just knocking the escrow for taxes off...no no no no... get it right people, goes towards the principle !!!!! I would much rather save on interests and cut the price of the house down than just pay taxes at end of year thats rather cheap. Just got a confirm from original lender that all will be corrected and verified by email and a letter sent to me.
