CBS.com and TV.com is the only website that ignore CC requests while Hulu.com is willing to work to get cc added to many shows.

ABC, Fox and few others have their online full episode video cc'd but not CBS!

This may force many who misses some shows on CBS network to go for downloading video via bittorrent because there are .srt files for some shows (.srt is a file format for subtitle: Subtitle (captioning) - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia )

and it is known that CBS goes after those who download various CBS shows via bittorrent by sending notice to ISP who in turn send notice to their customers to refrain from sharing video via bittorrent or risk getting services suspended
and it is also known that CBS wants them to know that they can view those CBS tv shows for free online on their website like TV.com or CBS.com

The problem is that they don't know why they are downloading tv shows via bittorrent (I know they are free of tv ads but no cc!)

So that's why I urge you all to support this bill HR 3101 that will force CBS big time!
(I know many of you loves CSI and NCIS! )
