This is what it looks like.

In my opinion, it looks better than the 2007. Even tho, it looks sort of like Saab. What is this? A Saabaru?

Too bad Subaru are notoriously poor with styling. The best style I like is 2004-2005 Impreza like in my avatar. They seriously need to hire better design engineers.

yea i agreed with ya that i really liked the looks of 2004-2007 wrx.
i still have my background of subarau wrx sti s204 on my work pc. :)

Wow, very nice indeed! Funny thing, most are 4 doors. I think the last 2 door impreza was before 2000, I think.

It's 2001, My coworker had it before and his friends still have it. I almost buy 2dr but insurance was too high so I pick 4DR. He own Sti 2004 and RS 2DR 2000. He found RS 2dr 2000 with engine fucked up for $5k from ebay then he paid $5k EJ20 engine STi then he spend time rebuild on his RS for almost year (he have two jobs) So finally it's done and he take test drive he said holy shit. RS with STI engine is only 270hp and it run quick than his Sti 2005 with mod (around 330hp I think) due weight lighter.

Europe have Sti around 1998 and USA finally release STI in 2004.

22B..22 mean EJ22 engine (2.2 liter) and B mean Bilstein suspension.

It's only 276 hp and it's run quick than Sti (USA version 2005)EJ25 engine (2.5liter) 300hp.

I think USA gov don't want Subaru Sti sale on USA before 2004 and small engine with powerful HP due worry about runaway from cops so easy. If we have 2DR Sti then cop is out of luck.

1998 Subaru Impreza WRX 22B STi 0-60mph in 4.40sec and
2004 Subaru Impreza WRX STi (USA) 0-60mph in 4.88 sec

In Polish, "Impreza" means "party", "event" or "show". I born from Poland. hehe

Did your friend do a burn out with 4 wheels spinning on slippery pavement? 270 horses is a lot for a RS. :-P

You can do it but must with 6 speeds transmission. My mistake it's WRX 2004 engine but he put big turbo.

Yeah he burn out with AWD spinning on slippery pavement. It's out of control so quick.So he replaced rim and tires to more wide and more control better. That's scary hell of me when I was ride with him. When he push gas to floor from 20mph to 60mph under 4 sec and push my chest back so hard.

I dont really remember that's happen almost three years ago.
