2-way video conferencing on iPhone/HTC/etc -- quick survey

Hi,

I'm conducting a brief (7-question) survey on how people use video conferencing on smartphones. For example, does Skype or Facetime work better for 2-way signing in 4G? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds!

My basic question is: is 4G video conferencing good enough for 2-way signing? It looks good enough to me, but since I'm not trained in ASL I don't know how comprehensible it would be to someone who is.
