I would just like to point out that other comanies have closed centers as well I know some Terps from Purple who went to there office a few weeks ago and were told to go home there was no more job for them.
Also it is common practice to not warn people before laying them off this...
There is a lot of confusion going on with VRS and the FCC there are a lot of calls in the grey zone. Aaaaare they payable or not? Some of the call types in question are calls to podcasts and other recoreded information line where the Deaf caller is never connected to a hearing person or business...
