Good tester for 675 size batteries?

Will these work for profound hearing loss? My son has Phonak Naida V UP now, and seems to be doing OK with them. He's also going through the CI evaluation process, so I'm not sure changing aids is a good idea right now.

Good tester for 675 size batteries?

Thank you. I will order one and try it out. @Grummer: I don't trust my ears, through the filtered listening tube, to tell me what my kid might be hearing. I hope a good tester will help.

Good tester for 675 size batteries?

Unfortunately, my son is too small to tell me when there's something wrong with the sound. I change the batteries weekly now, but never know if they are still good at that point, or maybe need to be changed more often. Having a reliable tester would be a big help.

Good tester for 675 size batteries?

Hi, can someone recommend a good brand of battery tester for size 675 batteries? I have a cheap one from a drug store. It was working fine for size 13, but for 675, it shows battery as full long after it is depleted.

He did not have a separate SPD evaluation, but they asked many questions about unusual sensitivities, preferences, etc. Thanks for mentioning sensory diet. I googled it, and it sounds like something that could help. I'll ask occupational therapist about it.

    Which hearing aids to try?

My son has delays in fine motor skills and also behavioral and communication problems. Lack of speech is only a part of it, because he often refuses non-verbal communication as well. Just to give some examples: He and the therapist are throwing the ball back and forth. A normal child is...

    Which hearing aids to try?

Thank you all for your replies. I e-mailed our audiologist asking about both Phonak Naida and Oticon Sumo hearing aids, and hopefully will hear back soon. I'm certainly not going to rush into getting CI until we try more powerful aids. Yes, my son's hearing loss is progressive, but the...
