frustrated with CC and HDTV channels To All, Does anyone know who we should contact in FCC agency about resolving the issue of "EXTREMELY POOR" CC on HDTV channels. CC seems to work well only on NON-HDTV channels. But guess what, in less than 50 days there will only be HDTV channels...
