Well I’m finally dating someone who doesn’t make me feel bad for being Deaf. He is even willing to learn ASL for me, it’s nice to not have to hide all the time.

Okay I’m hearing impaired, and I was wondering if anyone could put me in the right direction to a Deaf club or event? I live in Alabama and I only found one person like me… Deaf. I just feel alone and would like to meet more people.

I’m so scared that I’m going to upset my family we are meeting for the first time and I don’t know if I’m going to be able to understand them. I don’t won’t to upset them if I need them to repeat themselves.... any advice?

okay i'm having a problem figuring out when to start teaching my baby ASL, and i wanted to know if anyone knows a good time to start? See i am hard of hearing and use ASL but i also use my voice sometimes. And i just want my baby to be able to communicate with the Deaf Community as well.:ty:
