As explained. The business is still open. It is most likely doing much better with this model. Caterers usually only operate a store front for publicity. This business now has a great deal of publicity so there is no need to spend money on a store front.

1) No, the distinction between a retail business and a service business is actually relevant and clear. The same goes for a business that produces a creative (custom) product. 2) Yes, the business is still open. Very likely more profitable. Operating a store front can be costly.
