I'm not one of the lucky ones who got turned on and could hear and make everything out. . Plus i went 30 years without any high pitch sounds. but then again ive only been turned on for 2 weeks... as far as the fit goes I'm cool with it..

I don't have a BAHA but i have a ci and the tinnitus came with it and balance issues,, I just started taking balance therapy. I'm pretty sure it is gonna help. Maybe you can check into that. the doctor that did your implant ought to be able to send you in the right direction.

Mines not really Dizzy and it is not 24/7. Its more light headed when it hits. Thing is i never know when it gonna hit. So I m really not driving at this point.

Learn ASL and would have went into the service. Not sure what branch though.

Yep.. 4 days after surgery i woke up and my balance was totally off. So i just started taking balance therapy yesterday. They said in about 8 weeks I should be good to go.. I guess it is a matter of getting everything lined up again :)

of course I'm only 2 weeks activated if i go someplace with alot of people i turn my CI's off and rely on lip reading cause all the noises run together. I'm sure it will get better.
