I highly recommend you to contact Snap!Vrs tech support again to see if they can do a call out to you on one of VP100 or VP200 if they have, if not ask them if they had complete test and if they were able to do it then you might had your setting wrong. I don't know... I'm not their IT dept LOL:ty:
