hey im shelby. im still in high school but im thinking interpreting is what im going to want to do. i was trying to decide between deaf ed or interpreting... & i think interpreting is what i wanna go into :) youll have to let me know how your classes are once you start school :)

thats ridiculous. im hearing, & i completely agree with you. i have friends at my school, IN my asl class, & they still think that people who are deaf are like, unable to do things any other human being can do. im not trying to look like the hero or anything, but it really makes me mad...

yeah, i was considering becoming an interpreter... ive been debating between deaf ed & interpreting... i havent tried to really interpret yet, but depending on how well i am at it, we'll see :)
